Some agents put a sign in the yard and wait. That's not how I work.

I'm a South Shore native who came back to Hanover to care for a family member — and ended up building a real estate business here the old-fashioned way, by actually showing up. For my sellers, that means I'm at town hall uncovering potential issues before we ever list, in your home helping you prepare and declutter, and personally staging every room with my own furniture and accessories — at no cost to you. I price strategically and prepare obsessively, because how a home enters the market determines everything. That preparation is why my single-family listings consistently sell well over asking.

For buyers, I don't send you to open houses alone. I go with you. I research every property, I'll tell you the thing no one else wants to say, and I'll stay with you through the inevitable evolution from what you think you want to what actually makes sense — in one of the most competitive and expensive markets in the country.

Before real estate, I spent years in marketing, journalism, and consulting. I think analytically, communicate clearly, and fight hard — but my clients will tell you I also know how to hold someone's hand through a process that can feel overwhelming.

I hold a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am proud to be among the top 6% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

When I'm not working, you'll find me running the trails at Wompatuck or Worlds End, or volunteering with and serving on the boards of South Shore animal rescue organizations, including Hull Seaside Animal Rescue and Coastal Cat Rescue.
